We are pleased to introduce our newest supporter, East Coast Lobsters.
East Coast Lobsters provide East Lothian residents with freshly prepared seafood dishes to enjoy in their own home. Founded by husband and wife team Phil and Annabel, the business combines a love of seafood with culinary skills.
Launched in 2020, East Coast Lobsters can deliver restaurant quality seafood directly to customer’s doors. East Coast Lobsters’ platters include delicious North Berwick lobster, crab claws, langoustines, hot smoked salmon, and aioli dip. All of East Coast Lobsters seafood is served in oven proof trays, making all the dishes really easy to prepare.
East Coast Lobsters also offer a bespoke catering service. Phil has extensive catering experience having worked at Greencraigs Hotel Aberlady as well as a chef on super yachts. He and Annabel can work with customers to create delicious, bespoke menus that impress friends and family.
The team at East Coast Lobsters are passionate about using fresh East Lothian seafood. They support sustainable fishing and contribute towards the Lobster Hatchery in North Berwick. All their lobsters are caught by Jack Dale of North Berwick, their langoustines are from Sea Harvest in Eyemouth and Belhaven Smokehouse in Dunbar supplies hot smoked salmon for the seafood platters.
